Varied work assignments.
Flexible work schedule – shopper needs in each market are varied and
  based on the volume of client requests.
Prior to starting a work assignment, written instructions are mailed and
  must be thoroughly reviewed. A Field Coordinator will contact the shopper
  to ensure the work assignment and written instructions are understood.
A verbal quote of the fee paid for each assignment is discussed and
  agreed to before accepting a job assignment.
Payments for work assignments are completed mid-month, following the
  prior month’s assignments.
Payment includes (where applicable):

• Shopper fees.
• Travel allowances.
• Purchase reimbursements.
